What's new in the app

Changes to the TalkyHub web app (app.talkyhub.ru), newest first.

The first versioned release of the app.

Sign in with Yandex ID and VK ID, below the "Continue with email" form. If the provider hasn't confirmed your email, confirm it once with a code; after that it's one tap.
Sign-in & security, a new settings page: connect and disconnect Yandex ID and VK ID, and manage the trusted devices you sign in to with a passcode. Email-code sign-in always stays available.
Notifications in the browser (even with the tab closed), in Telegram and in MAX. In-app and push switches for each event, quiet hours, and a "Send a test" button.
New conversation — a notification when a customer starts a conversation in an inbox you can see (off by default).
Install the app on your Home Screen (iPhone, Android) or desktop; the unread count shows on the app icon and in the tab.
Help — the "?" button opens help for the current screen, what's new and documentation links without leaving the app.
Customer emails show their formatting and the images pasted into them.
New email to a customer — start an email conversation right from the conversation list.
Merge contacts — fold a duplicate into the current contact.
Message edit history — from the "edited" marker.

Settings are split into Account and Workspace with a permanent menu on the left; on phones, a list of sections. Reach them with the gear next to the bell.
On phones, a conversation's Details open as their own tab.

Dropdowns inside dialogs (e.g. "New field") no longer hide behind the dialog; arrow keys and Esc work.
"Saved" messages now show on every settings page.
A clear message when sign-up is closed on the server.
