Frequently asked questions
What is TalkyHub?
A customer-communication platform: requests from email, messengers and social networks are collected into one inbox, and your team replies from a shared workspace.
Which channels are supported?
Email (IMAP/SMTP) and VK; the list keeps growing. See Channels.
Why did a customer's email land in the wrong mailbox?
Make sure the channel reads the IMAP folder of the address the customer writes to, and sends replies from the same address. One mailbox should be connected to only one channel — otherwise conversations get duplicated.
Are line breaks preserved in emails?
Yes. The email body is stored as-is, including line breaks and paragraphs; the email subject becomes the conversation subject.
How does a company pay for a plan?
Fill in the billing details (the INN is enough — the rest is pulled automatically), after which an invoice with a QR code becomes available for payment via internet banking. See Plans and payment.
