Plans and payment
TalkyHub offers two ways to pay for a plan.
1. Online payment (for everyone)
Pick a plan and pay by card, SBP, T-Pay or SberPay. Payment goes through acquiring, and the plan is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed. A fiscal receipt (54-FZ) is issued and, if you like, sent to the given email — you can change the address before paying.
2. Invoice for legal entities (B2B)
If you pay on behalf of a company, fill in the billing details. Entering the INN is enough — the rest of the details are pulled automatically from open registries. After that an invoice with a QR code becomes available for payment via internet banking (T-Bank B2B).
The invoice option appears only after the billing details are filled in. Until then, online payment is available.
Company lookup by INN
Looking up an organisation by INN is available as a standalone feature: the name, address and other details are returned to auto-fill the form.
Fiscalization
Receipts are issued through a fiscal data operator (ATOL Online). The subject of settlement is an IT service, and the settlement method is full payment.
